    After purchase, you need to register your eVoucher before you can use it.

    *Membership registration period is up to three (3months from date of purchase.

    2. Fill in the Reference Number, which you’ll find in your purchase receipt email
    3. Provide the required personal details and click “Submit”
    4. Once successfully registered, you will receive your Maxicare PRIMA Gold electronic health card (eCard) via email along with your policy and card number via SMS
    5. You may avail of your unlimited consultations and laboratory tests as soon as you receive your Maxicare PRIMA Gold eCard
    6. Your Emergency Care benefit will be activated 15 days after successful registration
    7. Your Maxicare PRIMA Gold membership card will be delivered to your nominated address about 15 working days after your registration
