Maxicare Store FAQs

Purchase-related:

  • What should I expect right after I purchase a product in the Maxicare Online Store?


You will receive the following emails in sequential order:

  1. Store Order Confirmation email within one hour after purchase
  2. Reference Number/s of the card/s that you purchase within one hour after purchase
  3. Official Receipt within 24-48 hours after purchase 

Note: If purchased as a gift, the gift recipient will only receive the email containing the product Reference number/s. While, the purchaser will receive the Store Order confirmation email and the Official Receipt. 


  • What should I do if I have yet to receive any email/s right after my purchase?


Follow these troubleshooting steps: 

  1. Check the SPAM folder of your mailbox
  2. Wait for at least 5 minutes then refresh the page

If none of the above steps work, please contact the Maxicare support teams for further assistance (8582 – 1900 / 7798 – 7777, customercare@maxicare.com.ph). 

  • When will I receive the Official Receipt (OR) for my purchase?


Your Official Receipt will be emailed within 24-48 hrs after your purchase. For non-receipt, please contact the Maxicare support teams for further assistance (8582 – 1900 / 7798 – 7777, customercare@maxicare.com.ph). Provide the following details when you contact Maxicare support:

  • Purchaser’s full name
  • Email address
  • Store Order ID
  • Purchase date
  • Purchase time


What are the modes of payment available? 

The payment options available are:

Via Paynamics
    1. Credit and debit card (Mastercard and Visa)
    2. Ewallet (Gcash, Grabpay and Coins)
    3. Online banks (BPI, UBP, BDO, PNB, RCBC, and Bancnet)
    4. Regular/Reduced rate Installment (Metrobank and BPI)
  1. What are the current banks that are allowed for installment payments

 

Maxicare accepts MetroBank and BPI credit cards as installment payments.

  • How can I be qualified to purchase with installment payments? 
    • All customers are allowed to use installment provided that the minimum order amount should be at least P3,000 and can be a combination of products
  • What are the payment terms available for the installment payment option?


Maxicare offers 3, 6, 9, and 12 months payment terms.

  • How much is the interest rate if I purchase via installment?


Maxicare does not charge any interest for the installment payment option. Your bank may charge interest based on the payment term you will be choosing. The monthly charge can be also seen in the system during your transaction.

 

    1. Where do I input the code that was provided to me by my Maxicare Sales Representative?


    On the cart page in the Online Store, input the code in the “Agent’s Username” field displayed underneath the list of products. Kindly input the exact username provided by the Maxicare Sales Representative who assisted you.

     

    • When will I receive my eCard?


    Your eCard will be sent to the email address and mobile number you provided during registration.

    Note:

    • GCash payment transaction with Maxicare is whatever is left of the 100,000 limit.
    • For credit/debit card payment transactions, it will go through a Fraudulent Configuration Policy which will result in an auto decline transaction once hit.
    • For bank-related payment transactions, the maximum limit will still vary on the limit of the issuing bank.


    To properly track your orders, we encourage you to sign up or register prior to making a purchase and you can access your profile to view your order history.

    If you purchased a card as a Guest, you won’t be able to track your orders online. However, you will still receive these important emails related to your purchase:

    1. Order Confirmation email
    2. eVoucher
    3. Official Receipt 

    What is the process if I need to request a refund?

    • How do I register the prepaid product/s that I purchased? 


    Via ONLINE 
    1. Go to https://memberviewpoint.maxicare.com.ph
    2. Enter the Reference No. 
    3. Provide the required personal details and click “Submit”
    4. Once successfully registered, you will receive an SMS notification and an email together with your Maxicare PRIMA/Maxicare EReady  eCard within 24 hours.
    • For EReady: Your membership will be activated 7 days after a successful registration
    • For EReady Advance: Your membership will be activated 7 days after a successful registration
    • For Maxicare PRIMA: Your membership is activated upon receipt of your Maxicare PRIMA eCard 
    Via SMS:
    • Text the reference number and your personal details in the following format:
    MAXI<space>REG<space>13-digit reference number/First Name/Middle Name/Last Name/Extension/Birthdate/Gender/Civil Status/Email
    Please include Asterisk (*) for those fields not applicable.

    • Send SMS to 2086 for GLOBE subscribers and 4629 for SMART subscribers
    • You will receive an SMS notification with your Policy & Card Number and an email notification together with your Maxicare PRIMA/Maxicare EReady eCard. 




      When should I register the prepaid product/s that I purchased?

      1. EReady, and EReady Advance: Valid for registration within 1 year from purchase date
      2. Prima Silver and Prima Gold: Valid for registration within 3 months from purchase date

      ALL registered products will be valid for 1 year from the registration date. 

       

      Is there a limit on the products that I can register under the same person?

      You are only allowed to register under the same person 1 variant of each of these products:

      • EReady (Platinum or Titanium)
      • EReady Advance (Platinum or Titanium)
      • Prima (Silver or Gold)

      You cannot register both variants of each product under the same person.


      Once my card is active, how can I avail of my benefits as a Maxicare prepaid cardholder?

      You just need to present your Maxicare eCard / physical card bearing your Card Number and Policy Number and your valid ID when you visit any of our accredited providers to avail of your benefits.
